* Wants to devote his life to the Ichthyology, fish study!
* Born in Seoul, capital of South Korea.
* Graduated from the Suji High School (Feb. 2005)
* Entered the College of Life Sciences and Biotechnology of the Korea University (°í·Á´ëÇб³, ÍÔÕòÓÞùÊÎç), Seoul (South Korea) (S 2005 - F 2006)
* BS in Fisheries & Wildlife Sciences at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (U.S.A) (F 2007 - S 2011) (Adviser: Dr. Andrew Simons)
* MS in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences at the Texas A&M University, College Station (U.S.A) (F 2011 - S 2013) (Adviser: Dr. Kevin Conway)
* Genetically grouped into the Altaic-Tungusic Race.
* Has the Uiseong original clan of Kim.
* Currently working on the phylogenetics, morphological analyses and systematics of South Korean and North American Cypriniformes.
