 Habitat: Gravel and rocky bottomed riffle with fast to torrential current. Feeds mainly on algae growing on rock surface.

 Range: Endemic to North Korea(Daedong River and Yeseong River) and South Korea(Han River and Keum River).

 Remarks: This species has been extirpated from the Keum River since early 1980s.
