Habitat: Coarse and and gravel bottomed riffles or drains in upper land with moderate to fast current. Feeds on invertebrates and algae.

Range: Endemic to Korean Peninsula(Yellow Sea slope and South Sea slope)

Remarks: Shows several geographic morphological variations.
